She has her hands behind her head...so cute! That's how I sleep and I thought it was cool to see her doing it as well. Also Justin (my brother) says Lydia (his baby girl) sleeps like that and that's how he sleeps as well. The Whitmer gene must be going strong!

20 weeks and counting!!
I'm so happy to say we are half way! Whoo hoo! This is a huge milestone for me. Everything is going great. My doctor says he only needs to see me every month and we don't need any more ultrasounds unless something comes up. Yes yes yes!! I'm so happy. I'm not showing yet... It just looks like i'm bloated or i'm eating too many donuts. This is both good and bad; good because I don't have to deal with this horrible heat feeling like a fat cow, I can tell the people I want to tell and leave everyone else to the guessing game, and I don't get comments or "advise" from strangers. The down side is that I really really want to look and feel pregnant. I want a big fat belly for me to rub and Clayton to talk to. I want my belly to look like there is an alien moving in there. I want to waddle and complain about my back hurting. I want it all!! But i'm very good at waiting and soon enough I can feel all those things and hopefully more. I'm just enjoying where I'm at right now, and I feel absolutely FABULOUS!! After many years of looking at my beautiful body in the mirror disgusted by the fact that it couldn't do what it's supposed to do I can now look at myself with love and confidence. It feels so great to be able to carry this miracle. I love when she moves around and kicks my insides. I love using my doppler and finding a good strong heartbeat everytime. I love love love everything about it! I wish every decient women could have the chance to carry a child. It's totally not fair, I know so many women who would do anything to feel what I'm feeling. I feel so blessed everyday and with everything I have gone through I am not taking anything for granted! Sorry for the mushy post but I just had to let it out, I have been holding back for so long to make sure it's OK and I finally feel it's OK to feel these feelings! Whew!
