Do you see that beautiful blanket? My best friend Lisa made it for me. Everything is hand made. She spent so much time and money on it. Our little baby is going to LOVE it.
This is her dresser with the changing pad on top. Her car seat is ready to go as well. Lisa's MIL made that cute car seat cover. It's perfect!
Me and My big belly putting the final touches on the crib.
My mom hand crocheted these blankets. One is plane white (for the blessing) and one is light pink with white around the edges. I LOVE these blankets. I absolutely love all these super cute hand made gifts. It is so nice to have so many people who love this little girl and are willing to spend so much time making her these beautiful items.
My big belly with this little body suit. I sure hope she fits into it! In just the past few weeks I have gotten so large! I'm sure my belly is way bigger then it needs to be to fit this little baby, but I LOVE LOVE LOVE this belly of mine. I'm going to be kinda sad to see it go! (tear).
Little PJ's. I can't wait till she is here to dress her up and love her to pieces!
I like this picture. Big buddah belly! I gotta say for gaining 35 lbs already I think I still look Fabulous! I was sure I would get by and only gain a max of 20 lbs, but oh well I got a baby in my belly and it makes me so happy!
I like these pictures so I decided to join the group and do the cute heart on the belly button picture. As you can see my belly button is still an innie. I'm pretty sure I will need to have twins in able to get an outie.
One last "love" belly picture!
This is out by Toquerville we went on a jeep ride today. It was the bumpiest road I have ever been on and I thought Clayton was trying to put me into labor! But I got this beautiful picture out of it!
What's going on:
At my 36 week appointment I was 1 cm and 50% effaced! I'm so glad my body is doing what it needs to do! I just lost my mucus plug yesterday and I have had cramps for the last 2 weeks all day long. Baby has dropped and is head down and ready to go. While she was dropping it hurt so bad but now that she's streached things out down there it's not so bad anymore. She gets hicups about once a day now. I love it! Clayton even got a chance to feel her hicuping, I think he liked it too. I have super bad heartburn! It gets so bad that I throw up because of it. I use to be able to control it by what I ate and by drinking lots of milk. But now not even tums help out! I also have started getting morning sickness again. So on top of the acid indigestion I get real sick and throw up about once a day because I feel real crapy. But at least it's not 4 times a day and everything I eat like in the beginning! Plus everytime I'm in the bathroom puking my guts up I just think to my self, "this is good it's helping to open everything up and it's getting me ready for labor". I have heard that throwing up uses alot of the same muscles labor does. The worst thing about throwing up is that while your puking into the toilet you can't hold your bladder so you end up peeing all over the floor! So right after you get done you have to clean and disinfect the floor! Ahhh the joys of pregnancy! It will just make it more of a joy when the baby is here! But then you have all the other issues like milk coming in and bleeding everywhere! It's just never ending...but totally worth it!
