The only thing I can think of is that "Fat Cat" found this mouse and instead of her meowing at the door until we recognized her victory she decided to drown it in the toilet. I have caught her on top of the toilet many of times. Cat's are so weird, especailly our fat cat.
I immediatly called Clayton thinking that maybe he put the poor mouse in the toilet as a practical joke. But he started laughing at me and knew nothing about it. So I saved the evidence for him to see and sure enough he was as dumbfounded about this as I was.
Gotta love these crazy crazy animals we have!

That is absolutely disgusting! You should have called Justin. He has become a pro at mice stomping lately! He was helping my dad move sheets of metal in his backyard and when they would lift the metal up five or six mice would run out from each sheet so Justin and my dad were running all around trying to stomp on them. Needless to say, I wish I had my video camera.
That is really gross! But it is sort of funny you just don't expect that to happen... now I will be more aware just in case!
Yeah You never know what you will find in your toilet.
That would be one of the WORST things that could happen to me! :)
