Our little peanut is a....GIRL!!

Whoo hoo!! We can't believe it! We both had many suspissions that this was the case. The crazy thing is that the first two were definatly boys I'm not sure on the 3rd b/c I had a D&C done, plus my 3rd angel was too early to tell. I was asking my Dr. if it's possible that my body won't accept boys and he didn't seem to think so but something tells me this may be the case! I hope I'm wrong because I LOVE little 'rough and tough' boys and hope to someday have one. But right now we are just super excieted that our baby girl looks healthy and problem free! At least for now and that's good enough for us. I got the NT blood draw done to see if there are any issues with a hole in the spine or Down's so when I get that info I will let you know. Praying daily this little girl is normal and healthy! Holy cow I can't believe how excieted I am!! I don't have to go in until 20 weeks because everything is progressing the way it should, so that will be nerve racking, but I have a home doppler I can use whenever I get worried.

A little 3D shot @16 weeks or 4 months. She has Clayton's BIG hands...poor girl. I found out she doesn't like carrots. I had my breakfast and about an hour later I had a few baby carrots I felt horrible after eating the carrots and went into the bathroom and only threw up the carrots!! Not my breakfast. It's like my body absorbed everything else except the carrots. So funny. I have noticed that she doesn't like greasy foods or when I eat too much either. She's already opinionated which is a very good thing comming into the Langston family. You have to hold your own!

A little profile picture. It's not very clear but oh well. Clayton said she has a 'pop belly' and the Dr. reassured him that means the baby is well nourished. It's crazy because I lost 8 lbs during the first part and have only gained 3 back but the baby is growing and is getting all the nutrients she needs so that's all I care about. Plus I will take a slow and steady weight gain...hopefully that translates into a healthy total weight gain and less streach marks.

I love this picture. Baby girl has her back towards us and you can see her spine. I think it's so cute. FHR was 152 this time. I think it will stay in the 150's for a while.

Here's the proof! The tech said she was 100% sure it was a girl so i'm guessing that means we are alright to buy pink now! I'm bummed I can't use Stacey's boy's clothes...but hopefully we have an adoption miracle comming soon I can use those clothes on. Our prayers are going stong for that little boy and him momma. I feel so close to them already.
